Joe Kalmin

Joe is the Senior Director of Government Affairs at FARE, where he advocates on issues relevant to the food allergy community before elected officials and other decision makers, primarily in Congress and the Administration. Joe is experienced in public policy and government affairs, with a solid track record of results. Prior to joining FARE, he worked as a lobbyist at The Livingston Group, and also served on the staff of Congressman Dan Donovan as a trusted legislative aide. Joe is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.A. in history, and currently lives with his girlfriend in Washington, D.C. In his spare time, you can find him reading, dining at new restaurants, watching TV or movies, or playing golf.
