Dominique Rodriguez- Sawyer

As the Chief People Officer, Dominique is responsible for the overall strategy, development and implementation of HR programs and administrative operations for FARE. She has over 20 years of experience in fostering the relationship between HR management and senior leadership of Nonprofit, corporate and governmental agencies. Her primary focus is employee relations, workforce planning and recruitment, regulatory compliance, as well as, facilitating training programs that improve organizational excellence and nurture the aptitudes of high performers. Dominique has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and French from Franklin Pierce University and Graduate Level Certification in Training and Development from North Carolina State University.
