Kristina Spiegel
As Vice President of Strategy and Impact at FARE, Kristina leads strategy development, impact measurement and reporting, and ensures organizational effectiveness to translate strategy to results. She comes to FARE with nearly 15 years of experience working across public, private, and social sectors, mobilizing and aligning key stakeholders to address complex social challenges.
Previously, Kristina served as Director of Strategy, Corporate Partnerships at PATH, a global health non-profit, where she led the development of organizational corporate partnership strategy as well as managed a portfolio of large-scale, cross-sector partnerships. Prior to joining PATH, Kristina worked at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) where she recruited and managed a network of 50 multinational companies, developing and supporting efforts to improve nutrition in their workplaces, supply chains, and product offerings in frontier and emerging markets. Kristina also has public policy experience as a senior policy advisor to a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. She graduated magna cum laude from Texas Tech University with a BA in Political Science and holds an MBA and a MA in Government from Johns Hopkins University.
