FARE Creative Team Wins Two Hermes Creative Awards
April 22, 2022 (McLean, VA) – Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE) is proud to announce that once again the creative team, led by Jonathan Cane, has received accolades for their work. The team won two Hermes Creative Awards for video series created by video producer Michael Lopez. The Hermes Creative Awards Competition is an international organization for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of traditional and emerging media, which recognizes outstanding work in the industry while promoting the philanthropic nature of marketing and communication professionals.
Being a Platinum or Gold Winner is a tremendous achievement symbolized by the intricately detailed Hermes Platinum and Gold awards. The name Hermes (Greek messenger) and the idea for the award were chosen to represent individuals’ roles as the messengers and creators of marketing and communication materials and programs.
The FARE creative team won a Platinum Hermes in the Electronic Media/Social Media/Interactive Media/Video/ Educational Category for their video series “Zacky’s Kitchen: Our Family’s Recipes,” featuring the Hernandez family navigating the kitchen with their son Zacky, who is allergic to nuts, shellfish, beans, peas, avocados, and sesame.
The team also won a Gold Hermes Creative Award in the Electronic Media/Social Media/Interactive Media/ Video/Medical/Health for their video series “Simple Substitutions with Leslie Durso,” featuring vegan and food allergy chef Leslie Durso who identifies the ingredient swaps for the most common food allergens.
Please join us in congratulating Jonathan, Michael and the entire Creative Team for these impressive wins.
