Coming Together for Good: A FARE Gala Raises $1,000,000 to Support Food Allergy Research

November 21, 2023 (McLean, VA) – FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education), the nation’s leading non-profit organization engaged in food allergy advocacy, and the largest private funder of food allergy research, is thrilled to announce the outstanding success of Coming Together for Good: A FARE Gala. The event, held at The Pierre Hotel in New York City, brought together more than 250 attendees, and raised an impressive $1,000,000 in support of our mission to improve the quality of life and health of those with food allergies through transformative research, education, and advocacy.

FARE extends heartfelt gratitude to Co-Chairs Helen and David Jaffe, Adam Miller, and Daniel Tassé, CEO, DBV Technologies, and to the entire Host Committee for their dedication to making the event a success. The contributions of Corporate Honoree Genentech, Chef Marc Forgione, and Cheyenne Jackson made the evening one to remember.

“We are overwhelmed by the tremendous support we received at Coming Together for Good,” said Sung Poblete, PhD, RN, CEO of FARE. “The funds raised will play a pivotal role in advancing our efforts to transform the food allergy landscape. Thank you to everyone who made this event such a success. Solutions to combating this disease require the dedication and commitment of our supporters, sponsors, and the entire food allergy community.”
