Become a FARE-Recognized Instructor to Train Your Staff

This two-part course will give you all the knowledge and materials you need to train your food service staff on safe food handling for the growing number of individuals with life-threatening food allergies. It was originally designed for food service individuals working in educational settings from pre-K through college. FARE recently expanded this training to other food service locations, including soup kitchens and hospitals. Those who successfully complete FIT will become FARE-recognized instructors and eligible to deliver FARE-owned training to their food service staff.
