Soyeon Kim

Soyeon Kim brings a rich and varied background to FARE, with 8 years of experience across intergovernmental, public, and non-profit sectors, where she has managed large-scale projects and programs. Her passion for driving positive change and improving people’s lives is evident in her work. She joins FARE from her most recent work at the Commonwealth of Learning (COL), an intergovernmental organization, where she managed education and ICT4D projects in Commonwealth countries and oversaw monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning throughout their full life cycle. Prior to joining COL, she served as a policy researcher at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the USA.  Soyeon holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Calgary and a Master of Arts in International Development Studies from the Elliott School at George Washington University.
