Shiara D’Costa

Assistant Director of Major Gifts

Shiara D’Costa is the Assistant Director of Major Gifts at FARE, where she is dedicated to growing and strengthening donor relationships to advance FARE’s mission. With a deep commitment to social impact and a background in strategic fundraising and project management, Shiara brings experience from Cornell University, NYU Langone Health, and the Visiting Nurse Service of New York.
Shiara holds a BA in Humanitarian Studies and Sustainable Business from Fordham University and is currently pursuing an MS in Nonprofit Management at Columbia University. Beyond her professional life, Shiara is an avid traveler, having explored 25 countries across six continents.
