Bryan LeRette

As FARE’s Director of Data Architecture, Bryan oversees the FARE patient registry data, ensuring it is complete and valid. Prior to joining FARE, Bryan worked for eight years at Epic Health Systems helping create, implement, and support analytics programs within the organization. At Epic, he helped pilot a leadership development program and worked on employee growth and retention. Externally, he also partnered with hospitals across the United States, including Mass General Brigham, Mercy Health, and El Camino Health. Bryan began his career as a high school math teacher after earning his Secondary Education degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He currently lives in Eagan, Minnesota with his wife Kristin, daughter Mia, and two Shiba Inus, Ginny and Benji. When not working, Bryan likes to play video games or listen to his favorite DJs in concert.
