Launching May 2022, this comprehensive on-demand curriculum will provide a roadmap to healthcare providers offering diagnosis, treatment and management of food allergies. Food Allergy Fundamentals will offer CME for physicians, physicians assistants and nurses.

Nutrition and Care for IgE and non-IgE-Mediated Food Allergies

This 9-month course offers a mix of teaching methods, including live and on-demand lectures, readings and group work. Taught by Marion Groetch, MS, RDN and Carina Venter, PhD, RD, this course equips dietitians to provide evidence-based care and medical nutrition therapy to pediatric food allergy patients.  Join the class wait list to be notified when class registration opens.
