Feasting With FARE: Pancakes
Nothing stacks up to these delicious top-9 free pancakes courtesy of Dr. Reneé and Chef Alycia!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups teff flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 tbsp. coconut oil
- 3 tbsp. agave nectar (light)
- 3 ripe bananas mashed (or whatever fruit/vegetable you want to add: pumpkin, sweet potato, etc.)
Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients and then add all the wet ingredients.
- Drop by 1/4 cup onto griddle makes 14 pancakes.
