Vice President of Education and Support Programs

As FARE's Vice President of Education and Support Programs, Paul oversees all patient and professional education programs, the Food Allergy Academy, and special initiatives related to food allergy prevention and food allergy safe schools. Over the last 20 years Paul has overseen the design, execution, promotion, and evaluation of various programs, campaigns and research projects at both patient advocacy organizations and professional associations. Prior to joining FARE he was Director of the Therapeutic Inertia Initiative at the American Diabetes Association, spearheading a multi-faceted national education and awareness campaign promoting evidence-based approaches for addressing delays in appropriate diabetes therapy intensification. Paul is most proud of his work at the Epilepsy Foundation, creating an award-winning Coordinated School Health Program that dispelled epilepsy myths, reduced perceived stigma, and taught appropriate seizure first aid to over 22,000 school nurses and 265,000 teens in 42 states.
