2007 FAAN Kids’ Congress on Capitol Hill

The second FAAN Kids’ Congress on Capitol Hill took place May 1-2, 2007. Close to 100 Junior Ambassadors (children and teens) from 25 states traveled to Washington, D.C., to educate their government representatives about what it’s like to live with food allergies.

The Junior Ambassadors helped encourage Congress to direct more funds to food allergy education and research and to support The Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Management Act.
